Jamie Seymour, MA -- President and CEO

What began as a personal goal to provide education and resources that would allow
Arizona residents to lead healthy and balanced lifestyles has become a reality with the
forming of Valley of the Sun Wellness Institute, a non-profit organization founded by
Jamie Seymour.

As President and CEO, Ms. Seymour is committed to forming relationships with health
and wellness professionals in Arizona and nationally to promote and encourage an
integrative approach to preventative health care. Ms. Seymour has extensive leadership
experience in the private and non-profit sectors.

She recently spent two years in New Zealand where she served as the National Public Relations Director
and Project Director of a national fundraising event for Hospice New Zealand, a national organization. In
her two-year stint, Ms. Seymour secured media attention more than 250 times; she worked with the
Minister of Health to implement a national palliative care awareness campaign; and she helped raise more
than $1 million for hospices throughout the country.

Ms. Seymour holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication from Bethel College and Seminary in
St. Paul, Minnesota.

John Schellenberg, DC – Director and Treasurer

Dr. John Schellenberg graduated with an honors degree in science from the                    
University of Waterloo, in 1994.  He then went on to graduate from the Canadian
Memorial Chiropractic College in May of 1999.  After graduating, he immediately
entered private practice.  Within three months he became the President of his local
Chiropractic Society.  Before leaving Canada and moving to the USA in early 2004,
he held various positions in his profession’s self governing body, including elected
member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario where he served on the Discipline
Committee, Fitness to Practice Committee and most notably on the Quality Assurance
Committee where he participated in the development of the Peer Assessment Program
which has been modeled by the other regulating bodies in both Canada and the United
States. Dr. Schellenberg also served as a Peer Assessor, a board examiner for the Canadian Chiropractic
Examining Board and was appointed by the Ontario Minister of Health to a position on the Chiropractic
Review Committee.

In addition to running his private practice in Chandler, AZ he is a participating practitioner for the Well
Care Foundation of Phoenix, AZ; a CEO Mentor for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and a dynamic,
sought after speaker.  

Omega Wansley, MS -- Director and Grant Writer

Omega Wansley hails from Greenville, South Carolina. Upon graduating from Columbia
College in 1987, she served as a Legislative Aide with the South Carolina State
Legislature. Ms. Wansley was instrumental in providing research for legislation that
was introduced by House and Senate members.

Ms. Wansley had the privilege of working for Jim Clyburn, formerly the South
Carolina Director of Health and Human Services and now the House Majority Whip in
the U.S. House of Representatives.

Ms. Wansley went on to enjoy a stellar 15-year career with MCI. She was instrumental
in lobbying successfully for legislation that supported the telecommunications industry. Ms. Wansley
was also selected to spearhead international operations for MCI and was responsible for full
implementation of centers in Canada, Asia, South America, and Mexico.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Southern Wesleyan University
in Greenville, South Carolina.

Becky Jackson, Special Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors

Becky Jackson is President/CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, an   
organization closing in on 1,400 members. A native Arizonan with an extensive
background in the banking community, Ms. Jackson has long taken an interest in
serving the greater Phoenix community through numerous non-profit organizations
she is affiliated with.

Relating to Health and Wellness, Ms. Jackson will serve as Special Senior Advisor to
the Valley of the Sun Wellness Institute Board of Directors.

In this role, Ms. Jackson will work closely with Valley of the Sun Wellness Institute to develop and
implement a number of Wellness initiatives that can serve Chamber members as well as the greater
Arizona community and beyond.

This comes on the heels of Ms. Jackson's involvement with the Twiga Foundation, an affiliate of the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce, which recognized the Chandler Chamber of Commerce for its efforts in
promoting workplace flexibility nationally. In 2006 and 2007, the Chandler Chamber was awarded the
Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility.

Now, in developing wellness initiatives with Valley of the Sun Wellness Institute, the Chandler Chamber
is once again being proactive in encouraging quality of life. Through Ms. Jackson's leadership, the
Chamber's wellness initiatives will be designed to help employers contain rising health care costs;
motivate employees to adopt healthy and balanced lifestyles; ensure that small and medium-sized
businesses have resources that allow them to implement cost-effective strategies; and move Arizona
businesses forward in an effort to remain globally competitive.
